PARTNERS

We are looking for a small number of design partners.

Cogmosis is early. The most useful thing we can do right now is work closely with a few manufacturers on problems they actually have, rather than build in isolation and arrive with a finished product that solves the wrong thing.

What a design partner gets.

Influence while the shape is still open

You are working with us before the product is finished. What you need changes what gets built, rather than being logged against a roadmap.

Direct access to the people building it

When something is wrong, you tell the people who can change the product.

Operation inside your own boundary

Cogmosis is designed around private and local operation. Your data does not have to leave your site for this to work.

Your plant's knowledge stays yours

The evidence, decisions and outcomes your people generate belong to you. What we take away is how to build the product, not what your plant knows.

What we ask in return.

Time with the people doing the work

Short, regular conversations with maintenance, production and quality. Not a steering committee.

A problem that actually costs you

One asset or one line that matters, rather than a sandbox chosen because it is safe.

Honest feedback, including when it is not working

Early software is wrong in ways nobody predicts. Saying so plainly is more useful than being polite.

Patience with an unfinished product

We are building toward a working prototype. Parts will be incomplete, and we will tell you which parts.

Who this is not for.

If you need a system in production next quarter, this is not the right time to work with us and we will say so on the first call. If you are looking for a proof of concept to satisfy an internal initiative, the fit is poor in both directions.

If your data cannot leave your site, that is not a problem. Cogmosis is designed around private and local operation, and that constraint is one of the reasons the platform is built the way it is.
